On Saturday 15 July, Villa Filanda Antonini offers an extraordinary opening day and guided tours.  

From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., it will be possible to visit the collective exhibition of residents who have been working and living in the Villa since last March. The traces of their passage remain in the form of works of art installed in the factory opposite. It is a constellation of site-specific interventions aimed at re-appropriating the industrial space by attributing new meanings to the community.

During the day, it will be possible to visit the works of visual artist Sunette L. Viljoen and the installations by Alessandro Cuguola, the latest contributors to an uninterrupted dialogue that began with Matteo Valerio’s residency and continued with Theo Alexander. In addition, the exhibition ‘Teuta’ by Matteo Valerio will be open to the public, and it will be possible to listen to Theo Alexander’s composition ‘The Greater Field’ (at scheduled times).
